New service: Talo Game Feedback

Introducing the latest addition to Talo Game Services: the Game Feedback service. This service is designed to help developers gather and manage player feedback seamlessly, offering invaluable insights to enhance your game's experience and inform future priorities.

Empowering developers with player feedback

The Game Feedback service allows players to submit feedback directly from within your game, providing real-time insights for the ongoing development of your game. Whether it's praise, suggestions, or bug reports, collecting feedback has never been easier.

Using the Game Feedback service keeps you connected with your player community, making it easier to continuously improve your game for your players. Understanding what players love, the challenges they face, and their wishlists for future updates empowers you to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

Customisable feedback categories

A key feature of our new service is the ability to create and manage feedback categories. Developers can tailor these categories to suit their game's specific needs. Whether you're looking for feedback on gameplay, graphics, or technical issues, you have full control over the categories players can choose from.

Anonymised feedback options

Talo's Game Feedback service encourages open and honest communication by allowing developers to anonymise feedback. This means players can submit their unfiltered thoughts and experiences without revealing their identity.

For instances where context is key, you can opt to collect identifiable feedback, which links feedback to specific player events and actions.

Contextual feedback tracking

When feedback is not anonymised, Talo enables you to track the player's actions and events leading up to their feedback submission. This contextual information can be incredibly valuable, providing deeper insights into the player's experience and helping developers address issues more quickly and effectively.

Simple integration

Integrating the Game Feedback service into your game is incredibly straightforward. With just 2 API calls, you can start collecting and categorising feedback from your players. The feedback is then displayed in the Talo dashboard, where you can review and analyse it to make informed decisions about your game's development.

If you're using Unity, check out the Unity package docs, and for Godot, check out the Godot plugin docs.
